Strong Roots | Every story has beginning and Deconstructed-Designs.com was a great starting place for our company. Founded 5 years ago by Jay Casteel, the company decided to break away from traditional design and work with underground groups including rock bands, rappers, skate shops, tattoo parlors, and more. Constantly pushing the edge of design to the limits was a blast and a great learning experience. Soon Jay was working with other design firms and the experience provided a lot of knowledge about the design industry and the inner workings of a company.

It was clear that design was changing and what once was considered on the fringes, was now in the mainstream. Many large companies began to update their image to appeal to new customers including Herbal Essence, Payless Shoes, Mountain Dew, and The NFL just to name a few. A group was needed to bring the latest technology and design style that big companies were able to afford to small businesses everywhere. Last year a new vision for Deconstructed-Designs was formed and Squared Media became a twinkle in Jay's eye waiting to be born. After speaking to many of the designers, computer engineers, and other talented people Jay had met along the way, a group was formed and the decision to start a new company was made. On June 25^th 2008 the Beta site for SquaredMedia.net was launched.
